Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch from our warehouses. A payment gateway fee of 2.5% will be applied to all cancellations.

For paid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a shipped order is returned to the seller, a deduction of ₹75 will be applied to prepaid orders.
